Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Great Hall accommodates up to 600 delegates theatre-style, with flexible layout options available. The Undercroft provides additional space for registration, catering and breakout sessions.

  • The venue includes an integrated sound system suitable for presentations and keynote speakers. Additional AV equipment and technical support can be arranged if required.

  • You may use one of our recommended catering partners or appoint your own caterer. A kitchen usage fee applies for external caterers.

  • Alcohol may be served to guests. Cash bars require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) license or arrangement with a licensed bar provider.

  • Access and pack-down must take place within your booked hire period. Events must finish by 10:30pm, with pack-down completed by midnight.

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed hire agreement and deposit. Our team will support you throughout the planning process.
