The Great Hall accommodates up to 600 delegates theatre-style, with flexible layout options available. The Undercroft provides additional space for registration, catering and breakout sessions.

The venue includes an integrated sound system suitable for presentations and keynote speakers. Additional AV equipment and technical support can be arranged if required.

You may use one of our recommended catering partners or appoint your own caterer. A kitchen usage fee applies for external caterers.

Alcohol may be served to guests. Cash bars require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) license or arrangement with a licensed bar provider.

Access and pack-down must take place within your booked hire period. Events must finish by 10:30pm, with pack-down completed by midnight.

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed hire agreement and deposit. Our team will support you throughout the planning process.
