Tucked beneath the Great Hall and included in your hire, the Undercroft offers an ideal, private space for your caterers to prep, plate, and perfect each course before it reaches your guests.

Directly connected to our fully equipped commercial kitchen, the Undercroft can be configured to suit your event—split into two generous rooms for maximum efficiency, with three additional rooms available for staff operations, VIP hosting, or discreet storage. This behind-the-scenes versatility ensures your dining service runs as seamlessly as your event in the Great Hall above.

Every corporate dinner, private banquet, or catered event is unique, and our team will work with you to customise the setup to suit your needs. Please note: round tables are not included and will need to be hired externally.
